Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Sky Krystal Krafts. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Deposits and Payments

    • A minimum deposit of $25 is required to hold your spot.

    • Full payment is required before starting any process and for completed items.

    • For custom orders over $50, full payment is required upfront.

  2. Cancellation Policy

    • You may cancel your order within 48 hours for a full refund of any payments made, excluding the deposit.

    • If you cancel your order after the process has started, you will be responsible for paying a percentage of the completed work, up to a minimum of 50%.

    • Deposits are non-refundable once the creation process has started.

  3. Refunds and Returns

    • Digital products are non-refundable under any circumstances.

    • Physical products are subject to the cancellation policy outlined above.

  4. Custom and Large Orders

    • For large quantity orders, a request must be submitted to ensure that your order can be fulfilled.

    • Large orders require a minimum notice of 60 to 90 days to allow time for production and shipping by third-party vendors.

    • Please note that not all items in large orders are handmade; for example, while artwork and designs may be custom-made, items such as T-shirts or journals may be manufactured.

  5. Disclaimer

    • Items such as T-shirts, journals, or other printed materials are not entirely handmade. The artwork or design elements are created by hand, but the final products may involve third-party manufacturing.

  6. Shipping and Fulfillment

    • Sky Krystal Krafts is not responsible for delays caused by third-party vendors or shipping carriers.

    • Please ensure that your address is correct; we are not liable for lost or returned packages due to incorrect shipping information.

  7. Communication

    • We will keep you informed about the progress of your order. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please reach out to us directly through our contact form.
